How do I pay?

We collect payment on the date of the event before we set up. You can pay with a check, card, or cash. Please make checks payable to Inflatable Adventures. If you need an invoice in order to pay by check, let us know and we will provide you with one.

How many hours are included in my booking?

Rental hours vary. Generally, rentals are at least 8 hours, unless you need us to pick up during specific hours. Ex: after school, no one will be there to supervise, so you need it picked up before then. If there is a specific time frame you need it dropped off or picked up, we will try our best to accommodate that. There are times when we will drop off the night before the event and pick up the morning following the event. You will always be informed of this beforehand, via email.

When is drop-off and pick-up?

We will email you a couple of days before your event to confirm your event time and we will work around our schedule and yours to select times that work for everyone. We generally like to have set-up be completed at least an hour before the event start time, and pick-up 30 minutes after the event ends. This gives the kiddos a little extra time to bounce before and after the party or event.

What is the best way to get in touch with Inflatable Adventures?

Email is the best way to get in touch with us. This isn't our first job, so we aren't always available to talk on the phone. If you call us, leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we're able. There is also an inquiry form you can submit on the "Contact Us" tab on our homepage.

Is there any other helpful information?

It is very important that you confirm that the inflatable you booked will fit in the space you have available. You can find this information on the "size" tab of the product you're looking at.

Additionally, it is important that you are aware of the number of blowers the inflatable requires. You can find this information in the "details" section of the product you're looking at. Each blower will require one 110v plug. Additional blowers will need to be on separate circuits.

We will provide any extension cords needed. The inflatable must be within 100 feet of the power source. We carry 50 feet of water hose. If you rented a water inflatable, you will be responsible for providing any extra hose needed to get to the water source.

If possible, please make sure the grass is cut at least one full day before delivery. If the grass is too freshly cut, clippings will get transferred into the bounce house from your socks. This isn't a requirement, it's just helpful for us when we're cleaning the inflatable after your rental.
